Quick Preventative for Break Outs!
Oi Amigas!
A while ago my husband asked me for some tips that I could share with him on preventing or calming down his breakouts. Of course, I was thrilled to actually have a chance to talk about his skin and my ideas on how to clear it. The first thing I did was look at the areas on his face where the acne or break outs occurred.
From there I deduced a few quick and super low maintenance tips on how to prevent the acne from reoccurring. So the break down is simple, he has acne on his forehead and around his temple. He does not use hair products or any skin care products during the day. He eats super clean since I cook for him, I’d know. So where are these stubborn break outs coming from? His hat and sunglasses. Aha moment! Bacteria and oil and all sorts of yuck can accumulate on your sunglasses, especially if you wear them on your head and then pull them on to your face. The rim of a hat can clog up with sebum, dead skin, oil, and just out side dirt elements. So, I suggested to wipe down his sunglasses and hat with a disinfectant wipe before and after each use. Then I bought Cetaphil for him to use for a face wash.
And walah! No more reoccurring breakouts.
There. Easy peasy.
Boa sorte!
