More on Buenos Aires, Argentina

As I sit here in the warmth of my beach house, I think about my return trip to Argentina, its just a 50 minute plane ride away. And the rewards I’d receive from traveling to Argentina are bountiful: Indian food and all kinds of cuisine, visit my friend, Lau, sight see, eat some more, and hang out with my friend.

So much!

Here are some more random photos of Soho Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Food in Soho Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Mahalo Chico,
I was surrounded with cuisines from around the globe, while staying in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From Japan to China, to Mexico, India, Thailand, Italy, Argentina, and more I haven’t experienced yet. I just want to take a 45 minute plane to Buenos Aires just to eat the food and experience the culture. Its fast, busy, and so cosmopolitan.
Now, don’t get me wrong I don’t mind the slow pace life, I am a real Island Girl after all, but I am also a city person and I need that city vibe that even living in the Capital of Uruguay -Montevideo- is just not city enough for me. For some, yes, there are plenty of Expats I know who adore this country. There is even a couple whom lived in New York for ah, 20 years and now live on a ranch in Uruguay. So, its okay for some.
I love love love Indian food especially South Indian food, check out my review here http://www.odefusion.com/indian-food/. So, now that I know that Buenos Aires does Indian food I count the days when we can return, even if its just for a few days just to have Indian food is like living in heaven for me.
I’m a total foodie yes, I know.

Soho Palermo, Buenos Aires Argentina

Mahalo Chico,
During our stroll around the chic barrio -Soho Palermo- I took some interesting and random photos. It was an nice sunny day with a slight cool breeze. I wish we walked a bit more. There was so much to see in Palermo.

There were some weird things for sale, well a weird thing. Mannequins. For 80 pesos Argentines.

I’ll post again real soon….
Ciao,
